Eligibility

Tyres must be returned to the original place of purchase within 2 weeks from the date of purchase or before 1,000 kilometres usage (whichever comes first), to redeem this offer.

Exclusions and Limitations

“Satisfaction Assured Trial” exchange is not available on tyres:

Where the sidewall has been cut/damaged
Where the tyre was involved in an accident or collision
Where there has been severe uneven wear due to vehicle mechanical failure
Where the tyre has incurred an impact fracture
Where these is evidence of odometer tampering
Where the tyres have been transferred to another vehicle
When fitted on fleet vehicles

Customer Obligations

Original sales receipt must be shown as proof of purchase and attached to brochure for exchange.
